Die Fabrikgebäude in Schedewitz wurden an die Hataz Kleinautomobilwerke AG, Zwickau, verkauft. 1924 Neubau einer Wollkämmerei. 1929 Fusion mit der Kammgarnspinnerei Silberstraße. Börsennotiz Berlin und Leipzig. 1946 enteignet, 1954 Sitzverlegung nach Hamburg.
