Nach dem 1. Weltkrieg Enteignung des Besitzes durch die Republik Südafrika. Alle bis 1939 unternommenen Anstrengungen, eine Rückgabe zu erreichen, blieben erfolglos. Eine Entschädigung zahlte das Deutsche Reich in diesem Fall nicht, trotzdem hatte die Ges. ein ungewöhnlich zähes Leben: Noch 1976 beschloß eine HV die Sitzverlegung nach München und die Umwandlung in eine GmbH. | | Specials: | Zweisprachig deutsch/englisch.
