Toelle & vom Hofe in Köln-Deutz, anschließend umfirmiert in “Vereinigte Farbwerke AG”. 1953 Stilllegung des Betriebes und Entlassung der zuletzt noch 70 Beschäftigten, 1954 in eine GmbH umgewandelt. In der ehemaligen Farbfabrik ist heute die Fa. Cove GmbH & Co.
