Dazu kamen die Kranzler’sche Konditorei, das Hotel Kaiserhof und das Baltic. 1927 Umbenennung in Hotelbetriebs-AG (Bristol, Kaiserhof, Bellevue, Baltic, Centralhotel). Noch heute als Kempinski AG börsennotiert.
