Hergestellt wurden Back-, Teig- und Zuckerwaren aller Art sowie Schokolade unter der Marke "Zugspitze". Notiert im Freiverkehr München, letzter Großaktionär war der Zwiebackfabrikant Carl Brandt. 1951 umgewandelt in die "C.& F. Brandt Schokoladenfabrik "Zugspitze" GmbH".
