Sitzverlegung 1916 nach Berlin (Friedrichstr. 76), dann Zusammenschluß mit der Brandenburgische Emissionsbank Bockenkamp & Co. KG. Ab 1922 als Depositen- und Handelsbank AG firmierend, Aufgabe des Hypothekengeschäfts und Verzicht auf das Pfandbriefprivileg (noch umlaufende Pfandbriefe der früheren Landw. Hypothekenbank konnten in gleichverzinsliche solche der Deutschen Genossenschaftshypothekenbank getauscht werden).
