Nuster zur Produktion von Phantasie- und Strickwaren gegründet. 1873 wurde sie als erste Fabrik in Oschatz überhaupt auf maschinellen Antrieb umgestellt. 1905-22 als offene Handelsgesellschaft betrieben, 1923 in eine AG umgewandelt. 1931 wurde die Fabrik stillgelegt, 1944 Rückumwandlung der AG in die Einzelfirma G, H.
