Sitz der Verwaltung war ursprünglich in Druszkowka, Gouv. Jekaterinoslaw, wo sich die Eisenguß- und Stahlwerke und die Kohlengruben der Gesellschaft befanden. Nach 1900 Sitzverlegung nach Warschau, parallel dazu wurde in Paris eine Filiale eröffnet, die auch mit Verwaltungsaufgaben beauftragt wurde. Die Eisenerzgruben lagen im Gouv.
