Diese 1875 von Conrad Huberich und Emil Richers gegründete Industriebahn begann in der Division St. an der späteren Huebner Brauerei und führte entlang des Swan Creek zur Air Line Jct. der Lake Shore & Michigan Southern (New-York-Central-System). Später verlängert zur Kreuzung Bismarck/Hamilton St., dort auch Anschluß an die Toledo, St. Louis & Kansas City RR. Bereits 1876 zusammen mit einem Dutzend anderer Bahngesellschaften in der Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Ry. aufgegangen.
