Bemberg AG. 1925 Übernahme der Aktienmehrheit durch die Vereinigte Glanzstoff-Fabriken AG, im gleichen Jahr Gründung der American Bemberg Corp. mit einem Werk in Elizabethton, Tenn., das trotz anhaltender Arbeitskämpfe schnell erfolgreich war.
