Über diese Bahn, die ihren Anleihegläubigern gewaltige Landschenkungen des Staates Texas als Sicherheit in Aussicht stellte, sind aber keinerlei Angaben zu finden. Milde ausgedrückt spricht das Vorhandensein aller Kupons dafür, dass sie über das Projektstadium nie hinauskam - daß der Bond im Text aber nicht einmal das Volumen der hier ausgegebenen Anleihe nennt, macht einen dreisten Betrug ziemlich wahrscheinlich.
