Neben der Strecke von Gloversville nach Fonda baute die Bahn nördlich von Fonda auch einen Vergnügungspark (den Cayadutta Park), um Verkehr auf die Strecke zu bringen. Aufstände unbezahlter italienischer Arbeiter überschatteten den Bahnbau, doch 1893 ging die Strecke in Betrieb. 1903 fusioniert zur “Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville RR” mit einer Vorgängerbahn gleichen Namens und der Amsterdam Street RR. Die Straßenbahn wurde 1938 stillgelegt und bis 1956 durch Buslinien ersetzt. | | Condition: | VF+. | | Sold: | unsold |
