Verpachtet 1893 an die Electric Traction Co. of Philadelphia und 1902 an die Philadelphia Rapid Transit Co., die sieben in Philadelphia betriebene Straßenbahnen geschluckt hatte und nun über ein Streckennetz von der enormen Größe von rd. 1.000 km verfügte.
