Die Aktien notierten im Freiverkehr Frankfurt und Stuttgart. Die Großaktionäre Irell, Israel und Wolfe, Nachfahren des Firmengründers, wohnten in Uruguay bzw. der Schweiz und in den USA. Von 1964 bis 1967 brach der Umsatz von 13,4 Mio. auf 8,4 Mio. DM ein und erholte sich nicht wieder. 1970 wurde deshalb die Produktion eingestellt, Fabrikanwesen und Maschinen verkauft und die Ges. aufgelöst (1972 Liquidationserlös von 115 % des Nennwerets gezahlt). | | Specials: | Mit Stempel: Liquidationserlös gezahlt. | | Availability: | Mit Kupons.
