Eigene Fabriken für Pharmazeutika und Körperpflegemittel in Altona (Fischersallee, Erwerb 1933) und Eidelstedt (Schnackenburgallee, erbaut 1952). Nachdem die Schering AG inzwischen Alleinaktionär war, wurde dieFirma 1973 in “Asche AG” und 1998 in “Schering Deutschland Holding AG” umbenannt. Vorangegangen war 1997 die Ausgründung der ASCHE Beteiligungsverwaltungs-AG, die 1998 wieder den alten Firmennamen Asche AG annahm.
