In dem Werk in Berlin-Köpenick (Mahlsdorfer Str. 107) wurden Gas- und Wasserarmaturen, Bierarmaturen und Ausschankanlagen hergestellt. 1917 Erwerb der Carl Schoening Eisengießerei und Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik AG in Berlin-Reinickendorf. 1945 Demontage der Anlagen, 1949 Enteignung des Köpenicker Werkes und Sitzverlegung nach Berlin-Reinickendorf, dort 1954 Wiederaufnahme der Produktion. Zum angestammten Produktionsprogramm kamen später noch Getränke- und Warenverkaufsautomaten. Börsennotiz Berlin, Großaktionär war zunächst die Phönix Nähmaschinen-AG Baer & Rempel, Bielefeld; in den 60er Jahren dann die Keramische Industrie-Bedarfs-KG Paul Gatzke, Berlin; in den 70er Jahren Verpachtung des Fabrikgebäudes an den neuen Großaktionär Lehmann-Werke KG. 1982 Umfirmierung in Lehmann-Werke AG. | | Availability: | R 9 | | Condition: | EF+ | | Sold: | 40,00 EUR |
