Strecken: Union Springs - Tallassee, Alabama (eröffnet im Sept. 1912), Tallassee - Eclectic (eröffnet am 15.6.1913. Die Gesamtlänge der Bahn betrug 48,2 Meilen, einschließlich der Nebenbahn Fort Davis - Milstead. 1916 wurde die Gesellschaft zahlungsunfähig. Die am 1. Nov. fällige Zinszahlung der 1911er Anleihe wurde nicht geleistet, worauf sich ein Komitee der Anleihenbesitzer bildete zwecks Durchsetzung der Ansprüche. Am 12.1.1925 wurde die Gesellschaft liquidiert und nach Reorganisation zu Birmingham & Southeastern RR Co. umbenannt.
