Vom Stadtzentrum von St. Louis in der North Market Street ausgehend wurde eine 12 Meilen lange Bahn nach Olivet im St. Louis County gebaut. 1907 vollständig in das Rock-Island-System integriert. Der Hintergrund: Jay Gould hatte mit aller Macht verhindern wollen, daß die Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Zugang nach St. Louis bekam.
