Ruthemeyer & Söhne in der Kavalleriestr. 22 Fahrräder und Motorräder, ab 1921 (bis 1925) auch Automobile (Fadag). Neben 4-Zylinder-Modellen gab es auch ein 6-Zylinder-Modell, mit 50 PS starkem 2650-ccm-Motor von Siemens & Halske und ZF-Vierganggetriebe. Für 1923 ist auch eine Teilnahme am Kleinautorennen auf der Berliner AVUS belegt. Dem Alleinvorstand Hermann Kocks gehörte auch die Verkaufsorganisation der Fahrzeugfabrik Eisenach für Rheinland und Westfalen. 1925 verschwand die Marke Fadag vom Markt. | | Specials: | Ein Teil dieser Kapitalerhöhung wurde an eine ausländische Firma gegeben zwecks Ausbau des Exportes.
