Die fusionierte 1906 mit der Chicago & Alton Railway. 1931 erst von der Baltimore & Ohio gekauft worden, ab 1942 pleite, aber wieder selbständig, 1947 in die Gulf, Mobile & Ohio RR fusioniert.
