Neben mehreren landwirtschaftlichen Gütern umfasste das Unternehmen auch die Brauerei Lucmierc. 1888 Umwandlung in eine AG, maßgebliche Aktionäre wurden die Lodzer Textilindustriellen-Familien Scheibler und Schlosser. 1928 eine AG polnischen Rechts geworden, 1931 Neugründung unter obigem Namen. Im 2. Weltkrieg teilweise zerstört, jedoch bereits 1945 wieder Produktionsaufnahme.
