Durch den Trianoner Friedensvertrag wurden die Grubenfelder von Ungarn abgetrennt und den Sukzessionsstaaten zugesprochen. Die gesellschaftlichen Betriebe in den betroffenen Gebieten wurden in nationale Unternehmen der Nachfolgestaaten eingebracht. Seitdem war die Gesellschaft eine reine Holding.
