Wk. die sog. „Liberty Trucks“ produziert. 1919 in diese Ges. mit juristischem Sitz in der Steueroase Delaware eingebracht. Nach Kriegsende brauchte es ein weiteres Betätigungsfeld, doch ein Ausflug in den Traktorenbau 1918/19 endete erfolglos. 1920 versuchte es die Firma im PKW-Bau mit dem „Ideal“, einem 4-Sitzer Sedan mit 40 PS, der ausschließlich außerhalb der USA verkauft wurde. 1920 übernahm der Konkursverwalter und verschleuderte die noch vorhandenen „Ideal“, die zuvor 3.000 $ gekostet hatten, zum Stückpreis von 1.000 $.
