place: | Köln | | Picture: |  | | Number: | 5064 | | Info: | Gründung 1926 als “Ehape” Einheitspreis-Handelsgesellschaft mbH durch die Leonhard Tietz AG. 1927 wurde die Firma mit damals 21 über das Deutsche Reich von Aachen bis Breslau verteilten Geschäften in eine AG umgewandelt. 1937 Umfirmierung in “Rheinische Kaufhalle AG”. 1944 wandelte die Westdeutsche Kaufhof AG in Köln (vormals: Leonhard Tietz AG) als alleiniger Aktionär die Kaufhalle mit inzwischen über 70 Filialen wieder in eine GmbH um. 1989 erneute Umwandlung in eine AG, die Kaufhalle wurde zum Emissionspreis von 330 DM an die Börse gebracht. 1998 Verkauf des operativen Handelsgeschäftes an die Kaufhof Warenhaus AG (nunmehr eine Tochter des Einzelhandels-Giganten METRO). | | Availability: | R 8 | | Condition: | EF+ | | Sold: | unsold |
