Die Gewerkschaft Heinrich war 1809 durch Konsolidation einiger Stollenzechen in Überruhr entstanden. 1834 Liquidation, 1834 restituiert. 1929 Erwerb des Bergwerksbesitzes der Adler Bergbau-AG. Die erworbenen Bergwerke wurden zum größten Teil stillgelegt.
