A. Martius und Dr. Mendelssohn-Bartholdy" in Rummelsburg mit der "Farbenfabrik von Dr. Jordan" in Treptow. Das große Werk in Wolfen bei Bitterfeld wurde nach 1945 enteignet und war dann der größte Filmhersteller der DDR, im Westen machte AGFA als Bayer-Tochter weiter. 1964 Gründung der belgischen Tochtergesellschaft AGFA N.V. Ebenfalls 1964 Übernahme der 1894 gegründeten Lieven Gevaert aus Antwerpen. Aus dieser Fusion entstand die Agfa-Gevaert Gruppe. 1981 übernahm die Bayer AG die Gruppe zu 100%. 1999 führte die Bayer AG das Unternehmen an die Börse, seitdem ist die Agfa-Gevaert AG, Leverkusen, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Agfa-Gevaert N.V. | | Availability: | 2 restliche Kupons 1991 und 1992 anhängend. | | Condition: | EF | | Sold: | unsold |
