Carmel nach Olney, Il. führen sollte. Nach einer Änderung der Baupläne endete die Bahn dann in Vincennes, wo sie Anschluß an eine andere Strecke fand, die nach Terre Haute, Ind. führte. Beide bildeten später die Evansville & Crawfordsville RR, 1877 reorganisiert als Evansville & Terre Haute RR.
