Diese hier im Staat New York wurde immerhin schon 1845 konzessioniert für die Strecke Rouse’s Point-Ogdensburg, N.Y. (118 Meilen, eröffnet 1850). Nach Zahlungsfähigkeit 1865 ging die Strecke an die Ogdensburg & Lake Champlain RR, ab 1870 an die Vermont Central RR verpachtet, schließlich Teil des mächtigen Systems der N.Y.
