(ursprünglich konzessioniert 1887 als Waycross Airline RR) sowie zwecks Verlängerung von deren bisher in Montezuma, Ga. endenden Bahn nach Birmingham, Ala. Daraus ergab sich die beachtliche 454 Meilen lange Hauptstrecke Brunswick, Ga. nach Birmingham, Ala. 1914 erneut als „Railway“ reorganisiert. Die neue Gesellschaft übernahm sich mit einer geplanten Expansion nach Jacksonville, Florida und ging 1921 erneut pleite, nachdem sie wegen des 1. Weltkrieges 1918-20 unter staatlicher Kontrolle gestanden hatte. 1926 wurde sie von der Atlantic Coast Line RR übernommen und als Atlanta, Birmingham & Coast RR reorganisiert.
