Kontinuierlich verschaffte sich der Hersteller von alkoholfreien Erfrischungsgetränken mit "Sinalco", "Sinalco-Spezial" und "Sinalco-Cola" Weltgeltung. Der Schweizer Großaktionär Sibra-Holding in Fribourg band Sinalco 1982 mit einem Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsvertrag, doch die Geschäfte blieben rückläufig. Schließlich landete die Marke “Sinalco” bei der Mineralbrunnen Überkingen-Teinach AG, der Aktienmantel wurde umgetauft 1998 in “DBAG Detmolder Beteiligungs-AG” und 1999 in “SIBRA Beteiligungs-AG”. 2000 Sitzverlegung von Detmold nach Bonn zum Sitz des heutigen Großaktionärs IVG, Firmenzweck ist heute Erwerb von Grundstücken, Immobilien, Technologie- und Infrastrukturprojekten. | | Specials: | Dekorative Gestaltung.
