Gründung 1921 zunächst als “Voerkelius Brauerei-AG” mit Sitz in Stettin. Gebraut wurde das "Prälatenbräu". 1922 außerdem Erwerb der Treptower Brauerei. Zuletzt gehörte Voerkelius dann zum Stettiner Rückforth-Konzern. Im Krieg wurde die Fabrik zerstört und hinterher nicht wieder aufgebaut.
