Delbrück (1822-1890) war Vizepräsident der Bank. Dr. Georg von Siemens, 1870-1900 Leiter der Deutschen Bank, wurde von Delbrück auch in den Verwaltungsrat der AG für Boden- und Kommunal-Kredit in Elsass-Lothringen geholt. Betrieben wurden alle zulässigen Geschäfte nach dem Hypothekenbankgesetz (Gewährung von Hypotheken- und Kommunaldarlehen, Refinanzierungen über Schuldv.). 1919 fiel Elsaß-Lothringen gemäß Versailler Vertrag wieder an Frankreich. Von jetzt an wirkte die Bank als “Crédit Foncier et Communal d’Alsace et de Lorraine”, als CFCAL Banque mit Sitz in Strasbourg bis heute börsennotiert. | | Specials: | Ursprünglich waren 50 % eingezahlt, 1898 75 % und 1905 100 %.
