Gegründet 1922 zur Herstellung und Vertrieb von Filmen, Erwerb und Betrieb von Kinos. Zu den Gründern gehörte u.a. der Bankier Louis Wirth, der Filmfabrikant Alexander von Antalffy und der Verleger Heinz Ullstein. Ab 1923/24 Interessengemeinschaft mit der Europa-Film AG, Berlin.
