Strecke Bath-Rockland, Me. (50 Meilen), inklusive einer Fähre. 1889 reorganisiert als Penobscot Shore Line RR, nochmals reorganisiert 1891 als Knox & Lincoln Railway und dann für 1000 Jahre an die Maine Central RR verpachtet.
