Nach erneutem Bankrott 1859 reorganisiert als Elmira, Jefferson & Canandaigua Railroad, zugleich für 20 Jahre verpachtet an die New York & Erie RR, die die Strecke 1866 an die Northern Central Ry. weiter verpachtete. Ende der 1870er Jahre verleibte dann Thomas A.
