Zweck war nun die Gewährung lang- und mittelfristiger Kredite vor allem an Klein- und Mittelbetriebe. 1974/75 Fusion mit der 1949 in Düsseldorf gegründeten Industriekreditbank AG. 1993 hatte die BHF-Bank einen 10 %-Anteil, den später die Allianz übernahm. 2001 übernahm die staatseigene Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) die Anteile von Allianz und Münchener Rück übernommen, was ihr übel bekam: Der Beinahe-Zusammenbruch der IKB in der Finanzkrise 2008 belastete auch die KfW schwer. 2008 Übernahme der KfW-Anteile in Höhe von 90,8 % durch den amerikanischen Finanzinvestor Lone Star. | | Specials: | Lochentwertet (RB). | | Availability: | R 6 | | Condition: | EF | | Sold: | 25,00 EUR |
