Ein Teil davon nahe Großkaina bei Merseburg mit mutmaßlich 44 Mio. t anstehender, im Tagebau zu gewinnender Braunkohle wurde 1912 an die neu gegründete Gew. Vesta abgegeben, die dem Michelkonzern über einen Betriebsgemeinschaftsvertrag verbunden blieb. Die Kuxe waren an der Essen-Düsseldorfer Börse amtlich notiert. Der gesamte Besitz in Mitteldeutschland wurde 1945 entschädigungslos enteignet. 1948 wurde der Sitz nach Düsseldorf verlegt. | | Availability: | Doppelblatt.
