Geplant war eine ca. 50 Meilen lange Bahn, bei Sutton von der B&O-Hauptstrecke abzweigend, über Webster Springs (ein Erholungsort mit schon damals mondänen Hotels) nach Marlington W.V. im Pocahontas County. 1906 wurde als zukünftiger Teil der eigenen Strecke die Holly River & Addison Ry. übernommen, die bereits eine Schmalspurbahn zwischen der Holly Jct. und Webster Springs betrieb. Anschließend war die Strecke ein bunter Flickenteppich aus Normalspur, 36-inch-Schmalspur und dreischienigen Abschnitten. 1917 hatte die W.V.M.R.R. ihre gesamte Strecke trassiert und die übernommenen Schmalspurstrecken zum Umbau auf Normalspur vorbereitet, doch ganz fertig wurde die Bahn nie. | | Specials: | Herrlicher grün/schwarzer Stahlstich, Vignette mit Personenzug in voller Fahrt, umrahmt von allegorischen Figuren. | | Availability: | Unentwertet.
