Diese wiederum betrieb (per 1868) folgende Bahnen: Old Colony RR mit Strecke Boston - Plymouth (37,5 Meilen), Fall River RR mit Strecke Braintree - Fall River (42,5 Meilen), Newport and Fall River RR mit Strecke Fall River - Newport (18 Meilen), Dighton and Somerset RR mit Strecke South Braintree - Fall River (33 Meilen) und die Bridgeater Branch RR mit Strecke East Abington - Bridgewater (knapp 8 Meilen).
