Wayne & Findlay RR. 1892 ging das 43 Meilen lange Teilstück Findlay-Grover Hill, O. in Betrieb, weitere 35 Meilen bis Fort Wayne, Ind. waren im Bau (stückweise bis 1895 in Betrieb gegangen). Nach Insolvenz im April 1894 als Ohio Ry. reorganisiert, im Nov. 1894 fusionierte diese mit der Fort Wayne & Eastern Ry. of Indiana und nahm dabei fast exakt den obigen alten Namen wieder an (nur Ry. statt RR). Dann noch einmal reorganisiert als Cincinnati, Dayton & Hamilton, schließlich schon kurz nach dem 1.
