Mitte der 1990er Jahre traf ein scharfer Umsatzeinbruch die vorher sehr expansiv geführte Firma mit voller Wucht. Auch ein Zusammengehen mit dem Konkurrenten Deckel in der Ägide des AR-Vorsitzenden Rolf-E. Breuer (Deutsche Bank) konnte letztlich den Konkurs nicht mehr verhindern. | | Availability: | Mit kpl.
