Parenti (ein Sproß der italienischen Automobilbauer Parenti) gründete Anfang 1920 in Buffalo, N.Y. mit Hilfe der italienischen Verwandten seine eigene Automobilfabrik. Die von ihm konstruierten Luxuskarossen mit V-8-Maschine hatten anfangs eine Holzkarosserie. Parenti lackierte seine Autos in orange, violett und gelb, damit sie in den Show-Rooms der Händler besonders auffielen. Erfolg hatte er damit trotzdem nicht: Nach nur 18 Fahrzeugen endete die Produktion im Sommer 1922 und die Hanover Motor Car Co. übernahm die Fabrik.
