Gemäß einer Eintragung im New York State Register fusionierte die Gesellschaft 1843 mit der Tioga Navigation Co. zur Blossburg & Corning Railroad. Die Kohlen- und Eisenerzminen lagen in Blossburg, Pennsylvania. Die Eisenbahnstrecke verband dieses Gebiet über ca. 40 Meilen mit Corning, New York. 1941 schätzte man den Abbau von Kohle auf etwa 40.000 Tonnen. Heute erscheint das nicht viel, zu jener Zeit allerdings gab es aber auch noch keine High-Tech.
