Aufgabe des Betriebes ist der Verkauf und die Betreuung von Motorfahrzeugen, speziell von Dieselfahrzeugen. Eisner übernimmt die Vertretung der Hanomag-Traktoren. Bereits 1937 kommt es zu ersten geschäftlichen Kontakten zu Massey-Harris, später Massey-Ferguson. Durch die Übernahme der Verkaufsgebiete im Balkan, Iran, Irak und Ägypten wird der Name Eisner international bekannt.
