Der Betrieb wurde 1908 für 400.000 Mark an die neu gegründete AG verkauft. Filialen und Niederlagen in Altentreptow, Jarmen, Grimmen, Loitz, Dargun, Neukaien, Malchin, Gnoien, Stavenhagen und Richtenberg. Außerdem gehörte der Ges. das Hotel “Reichspost” in Demmin. 1939 umfirmiert in Demminer Brauerei AG. Die ersten Verstaatlichungswellen überstand die AG, weil zu klein, und so lebte sie noch ein knappes Vierteljahrhundert weiter. Erst 1969 wurde die Brauerei als VEB Demminer Brauerei in Volkseigentum überführt, 1983 dann dem VEB Getränkekombinat Neubrandenburg zugeschlagen.
