(104 Meilen, diverse Stichbahnen zu Bergwerken) diente vor allem dem Kohletransport. 1886 wurden die Bahnanlagen vom Komittee der Anleihegläubiger übernommen und in die Auffanggesellschaft Beech Creek RR eingebracht. 1890 an die New York Central verpachtet, die 1898 auch noch die Cambria County RR hineinfusionierte.
