Nach dem Verkauf an Hilton Hotels wurde Grand Casinos 1998 mit anderen Liegenschaften in eine neue Firma namens Park Place Entertainment fusioniert. Umbenennung 2003 in Caesars Entertainment, Inc. Letzte wiederum wurde 2005 für 10,4 Mrd. $ an Harrah‘s Entertainment verkauft. 2010 Umbenennung in Caesars Entertainment, Corp., die neben Golfclubs u.a.
