(die ab 1886 die berühmte über 2.000 m lange Poughkeepsie Bridge über den Hudson River gebaut hatte) mit der Central New England & Western RR. Strecke Campbell Hall - Silver Nails, N.Y. (57 Meilen), zusätzlich war die 109 Meilen lange Hartford & Connecticut Western RR gepachtet. Schon 1898 pleite und sodann von der Central New England RR übernommen worden. Bei dieser erwarb dann bis 1910 die New York, New Haven & Hartford RR die Aktienmehrheit, ließ sie aber noch bis 1938 eigenständig agieren.
