Fabriziert wurden Teppiche und Möbelstoffe. 1916 umbenannt in Textilosewerke und Kunstweberei Claviez AG, ab 1927 dann wie oben firmierend. 1951, der Betrieb firmierte danach als Adorfer Teppich- und Textilwerke i.V. Webereien, Volkseigene Betriebe Sachsens. 1953 wurde er dem VEB Halbmond-Teppiche zugeschlagen (dessen Hauptbestandteil vorher die Oelsnitzer Koch & te Kock AG mit ihrer Marke „Halbmond“ gewesen war).
