Verarbeitung von und Handel mit Ölfrüchten, Ölen und Fetten. Die Fabriken in der Schlossstr. 5-16 (Erzeugung von Leinöl und Palmkernöl), am Lauenbrucher 25 (Kokosöl), auf der Zitadelle Schlossbezirk 6 (Palmkern- und Soyaöl sowie Benzinfabrik) haben alle Wasserfront und ein Gesamtareal von 270.334 qm. In den 1930/40er Jahren die größte deutsche Ölfabrik. 1954 Verschmelzung mit der Schwesterfirma Bremen-Besigheimer Oelfabriken. 1959 Übertragung des Vermögens unter Ausschluss der Abwicklung auf die Hauptgesellschafterin "Margarine-Union GmbH" in Hamburg.
